The RE/MAX Collection enables Affiliates to use a distinct yard sign and other marketing materials when selling high-end listings.
Affiliates also are encouraged to earn the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation through The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing (the course leading to the designation is presented on the RE/MAX Satellite Network and at the RE/MAX International Convention). RE/MAX has the industry’s largest contingent of CLHMS designees.
To qualify as a RE/MAX Collection Property, a listing must meet or exceed a minimum standard of three times the average price in the local MLS.
The RE/MAX Collection Program provides RE/MAX Affiliates with a number of advertising discount plans through some of the most widely distributed high-end-listing publications in the world, including The Wall Street Journal, Dupont Registry and Unique Homes.
